We're fiercely committed to supporting disabled children, young people, and their families to live well and have access to the same opportunities and experiences as other children and young people in Leicestershire.
We do this by creating safe spaces for children and young people to play, learn, develop, and grow - at the same time, we provide much needed support and respite for their families and carers.

Children's Services: Activity Groups and Holiday Clubs
We provide safe and friendly activity groups and holiday clubs for Leicestershire families with disabled children.
Our groups and clubs are fully-funded by our charity and can be accessed by simply reaching out to us, or by way of local authority referral.
Every group and club is supported by our passionate and experienced care team, allowing them to find that all important 'me time' with peace of mind that their child is in safe hands.
Our Saturday Club runs every week from 10:00am to 2:00pm and caters for two age groups over alternate weekends.
Group 1: Disabled Children (7 to 11)
Group 2: Disabled Young People (12 to 18)
No two days are the same at our clubs, we create a plan and profile for every child, personalising our activities to the needs of the children, and their development. We're committed to working with parents and carers to deliver the very best of outcomes and support.
Children get up to all sorts, from baking, crafting, messy play, and sports days, to bush craft, boating, wall climbing, and disco days.
In addition to our Saturday Clubs, we provide Holiday Clubs over the Easter and Summer school breaks. Our holiday clubs are for children that are 8+ and are all about fun, friendship, and freedom.

Children's Services: Family Outings
We all have fond childhood memories of days out with family and friends.
Our family outings aspire to create those very memories for families with disabled children.
We're working to adapt every day experiences to make them accessible to those with additional needs.
Kicking off with our popular family and SEND friendly cinema outings with:

early access to the screening room, allowing children to get familiar with their new surroundings

removing trailers and ads, to reduce distractions

and, keeping the house lights on, minimising flashing imagery, and turning down the sound to avoid sensory overload.
